Located across the street from the world famous Kamaole Beach Park, the Maui Banyan is a vacation rental resort unlike any other.  Each unit is owned by a dedicated owner that takes pride in ownership.  Most owners rent thorough a management company such as Aqua-Aston, Castle Management, or one of many others. However, many owners also choose to rent on their own, using websites such as VRBO or AirBnb.  Either way, the Maui Banyan offers all its guests extensive, tropical grounds, two swimming pools, two hot tubs, a tennis court, numerous BBQ's and FREE parking.  Best of all, we offer all of this with NO RESORT FEES like many other properties in Kihei or the big hotels on Maui.
